We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided these conditions are met:

📦 How to Start a Return

2️⃣ Follow Instructions
Our team will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3️⃣ Ship It Back
Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address.

✅ Return shipping costs will be covered for approved returns due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective products).
For other returns, shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your refund is issued.

  • If your return is not eligible, we will notify you with the reason.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
To get a different item:

  1. Complete the return process for your original purchase.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

🚫 Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Contact us immediately to cancel before your order is shipped.

  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled, but you may return them after delivery following our return process.
